High level Terms for E-Stores

• E-Stores are almost like franchise partners who will be authorized to sell AayushBharat products offline and will deliver the products for the online orders assigned to them.
• Minimum Margin for E-Store shall be m%, additional i% incentive on achieving monthly targets, additional benefits for some special selling points.
• The online orders range will depend on the  range chosen by the E-Store to cater to.
• E-Store will be reimbursed up to DD/- per order for delivery.
• Registration kit @ Rs xx/- which will include one time registration charges of Rs xx/- and products worth Rs xx/-, thereby covering the entire investment made the e-Store.
• E-Store owner will have to take all requisite license / permits to sell the products offline.
• E-Store will be required to oboard atleast 20 AYUSH AS in the region and 30 user app downloads per month. This will help the business generation of the E-Store.
