About Majun Kundur
This is an Unani formulation and its name due to its chief ingredients Kundur. It is very beneficial in urinary disorders and also gives strength to urinary bladder muscles. Kundur (Oleo-gum-resin of Boswellia serrata) is used for the treatment of various ailments such as dysentery, dyspepsia, lung diseases, haemorrhoids, rheumatism, urinary disorders, and corneal ulcer in Unani System of Medicine and Ayurvedic System of Medicine for the last several years.

Ingredients of Majun Kundur
Boswellia serrata (Kundur): Indian frankincense is a tree that is native to India and Arabia. It is commonly used in traditional Indian medicine, Ayurveda and Unani. Olibanum is another word for frankincense. It refers to a resin or "sap" that seeps from openings in the bark of several Boswellia species, including Boswellia serrata, Boswellia carterii, and Boswellia frereana. Of these, Boswellia serrata is most commonly used for medicine. Indian frankincense is used for osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, joint pain(rheumatism), bursitis, and tendonitis. Other uses include ulcerative colitis, abdominal pain, asthma, hay fever, sore throat, syphilis, painful menstruation, pimples, and cancer. Indian frankincense is also used as a stimulant, to increase urine flow, and for stimulating menstrual flow.
Commiphora myrrha (Mur): The others name are Abyssinian Myrrh, African Myrrh, Amyris kataf, Arabian Myrrh, Bal, Balsamodendron Myrrha, Balsamodendrum habessinicum. Myrrh is used for indigestion, ulcers, colds, cough, asthma, lung congestion, arthritispain, cancer, leprosy, spasms, and syphilis. It is also used as a stimulant and to increase menstrual flow. Myrrh is applied directly to the mouth for soreness and swelling, inflamed gums (gingivitis), loose teeth, canker sores, bad breath, and chapped lips. It is also used topically for hemorrhoids, bedsores, wounds, abrasions, and boils. In foods and beverages, myrrh is used as a flavoring component.
Acacia arabica (Aqaqia): Babul is an ayurvedic herb that is used to mainly treat skin diseases, diabetes, bleeding disorders, and intestinal worms. In English, it is generally referred to as the Indian gum Arabic tree. Babul is a small tree that grows up to a height of 8-10 m. It contains small spikes. The tree is commonly found in dry regions. The parts of the tree used for medicinal purposes are stem bark, fruit, gum, and seeds. Babul is largely found in the Indian sub-continent. These herbs have multiple health benefits and are good in treating many diseases. It is used for Periodontal Treatment, Wounds, Gastrointestinal Relief, etc.

Dosage of Majun Kundur
To be taken 5 grams twice in a day with lukewarm water.
