Ingredients Qurs Pudina: Ajwain Desi Banyan Pudina Khushk Darchini Zanjabeel Zeera Siyah Zeera Safed Filfil Siyah Gond Namak Siyah Naushadar Qiwam Shakar Safed Sang Jarahat Saeeda Magnesia Fahmi 

Dosage of Qurs Pudina: To be given 2 tablets twice a day after two principal meals.
