Hamdard Sharbat Dinar/ Sharbat-E-Deenar is a herbal Unani medicine. It addresses the issues related to liver such as hepatitis, enlargement of. It has diuretic properties and is useful in conditions like scant urination. Sharbat or Syrup means the sweet syrup compound, prepared from decoction, infusion, and water extract of either dry fruits or herbs or seeds etc. In Sharbat Dinar the chief ingredient is Deenar or Cuscuta reflexa seed. In Greek Tukhm Kasoos seeds of Cuscuta reflexa is called Deenar.

- Post Beikh Kasni (Cichorium intybus root bark)
- Tukhme Kasni (Cichorium intybus seed)
- Gule Surkh (Rosa damascena flower)
- Gule Neelofer (Nymphaea alba flower)
- Gule Gaozaban (Borage officinalis flower)
- Tukhme Kasoos (Cuscuta reflexa seed) Ba-Surra Basta (in a bag of cloth)
- Revand Chini (Rheum palmatum root)

Dosage of Hamdard Sharbat Dinar
- To be given 25 to 50 ml with 125 ml Arq Badiyan or water or as directed by the physician.
Precautions of Hamdard Sharbat Dinar
- Keep away from children's reach.
